Welcome to Auspex Guardianship & Consulting Services, LLC. My name is Cassandra Swigart NCG, CPC-A.

My journey as a Nationally Certified Guardian began when I became the plenary guardian of my eldest daughter, Alexis. Through the process I realized that I was uniquely qualified to serve as a guardian for others in need.

I have two wonderful daughter’s, Alexis and Kiera. Alexis was born with a rare genetic abnormality called Angelman Syndrome. She currently resides in a skilled nursing facility to manager her complex needs.

My career in healthcare began as a certified nursing assistant at a state psychiatric facility, providing direct patient care to the geriatric population. After the birth of Alexis, my career pivoted to medical billing and coding. I became a certified professional coder in 2019, and earned an associates in Health Care Management in 2020. Over the past decade I have worked in revenue cycle management, overseeing the financial health of medical practices across the country.

Currently, I am attending Pennsylvania State University pursuing my Health Policy & Administration degree. I expect to complete my program in the fall of 2025.
